Workout with youth staffer Coleman twice a week. Get fit and have fun. Not equipment is needed. Each week a new workout routine will be introduced. Exercises include stretching, pushups, running in place and more. Put some comfortable clothes on, grab your water bottle, and get ready to get fit!
