LEAD (Leadership Experience And Development) is a groundbreaking initiative that prepares and empowers young adults who want to learn what it takes to become a leader and better the world around them. Supported by LEAD staff and mentors, young adults (ages 16-25) gain the knowledge, practical skills, and confidence to become leaders in their communities.
LEAD meets weekly in Waltham on Wednesdays from 3:00 pm – 4:00 pm throughout the school year.
