Thrive is looking to hire a Part Time- LPN into our Residential Program of a large group home in Marlborough. The right candidate will be conscientious, energetic and outgoing. The LPN is responsible for the daily medical and med administration oversight, the goal of maintaining and enhancing the quality of life for individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities. Under the supervision of the Program Director or VP of Developmental Services, the LPN is responsible for the day to day oversight of medical responsibilities working closely with the Program Director and Supervisors of the location site. The LPN will be trained on Med Administration Policies under the regulation of DDS. The LPN represents assigned program at administrative meetings and participates in the evaluation of program services; coordinates clinical supports, entitlements, community resources and acts as a liaison for individuals as needed. Provides direct support care as required to maintain appropriate staffing ratios. MAP certification training will be provided. Experience with Developmental Disabilities and the elderly population a plus.
