Adaptive Boot Camp - June 18, 2019
6:45 pm - 7:30 pm$10
This class mixes low-impact cardio moves with strength training using light weights, balls, bands, and other props. We explore kickboxing, bodyweight exercises, Pilates core and balance, and yoga stretches. All fitness levels welcome for a fun, energizing workout. Space is limited registration required.
